About Katelyn, LMFT 111653
It’s one of the greatest honors of my work to witness women grow in confidence, set healthier boundaries, communicate their needs, and move through life with greater ease and authenticity.
Hi, I'm Katelyn!
I approach therapy as a place where you can be seen and heard in all phases of your life. I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety and stress often as a result of trauma, relational wounds, and overwhelming circumstances in life.
I work collaboratively with you to identify and plan your goals that will help you progress toward living a life that reflects your values. I focus on giving my clients tools to utilize each week so that they can work towards their goals & attune to mind, body, spirit. These tools you use to regulate yourself and cope better, leading you toward peace, strength, and confidence.
I’m an introvert parenting two small boys who have never-ending energy and my husband; and I wish we could borrow just an ounce of it to sustain us through the day. That’s why you’ll find me doing anything outside or moving my body as a way to ground and restore myself. I need it daily to keep my sanity. I am passionate about all things wellness (but especially horses, hiking, and fighting for justice) and finding ways to thrive: mind, body, and soul.
Why I love therapy
At the core of my practice is the belief that therapy should feel safe, warm, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to be polished or have everything figured out.
Healing isn’t about erasing the past or forcing positivity. It’s about gently understanding your patterns, tending to the parts of you that have felt unseen or unheard, and cultivating new ways of relating—to yourself, to your emotions, and to those around you.
I see therapy as a journey back to wholeness, one where you can reconnect with your strength, your needs & emotions, and your sense of self.
If you’re feeling the pull to finally put yourself on your own priority list, to find calm within the chaos, to stop overthinking every decision, or to simply feel more like you again, I’d be honored to support you.
Together, we can create a space for healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.
Specialties
Over the years, my focus naturally evolved toward helping women who feel anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. Often those who are successful on the outside but silently struggling on the inside. These women are capable, caring and deeply self-aware, yet often carry the weight of perfectionism and unspoken expectations. I find such fulfillment in helping them find relief, healing, and empowerment.

Education
Since becoming a therapist in 2014, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, schools, and private practice, which has given me rich experience supporting clients from all walks of life.
Early in my career, I worked extensively with children and families, supporting them in navigating transitions, strengthening attachment, and building emotional resilience. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how our early relationships shape our sense of safety, identify, and belonging, insights that now inform much of my work with adults.
I love learning and prioritize continuing my education and staying up to date on the latest research and tools that equip my clients to flourish.
