About Katelyn

It’s a tailored pathway from healing to thriving

I’m a BASI Pilates certified Instructor with over 13 years of teaching experience and 20 years of practicing Pilates. Since earning my certification in 2012, I’ve guided clients in studio, gym, and rehabilitative settings, helping them move with strength, balance, and confidence.

Over 3.5 years of mentorship with a Master Instructor deepened my expertise in working with chronic pain, injury recovery, and prevention. That experience shaped by rehabilitative approach—one that emphasizes proper form, mindful strengthening, and functional mobility to restore ease of movement and support long-term well-being.

Many of my clients come to me before of after surgery to strengthen and prepare their bodies for the best possible recovery. By focusing on mindful movement, alignment, and gentle strength-building, we create a strong foundation that supports healing and helps prevent future setbacks. For many, Pilates becomes an empowering continuation of their physical therapy, offering more individualized attention, whole-body awareness, and lasting results. Clients often share that returning to Pilates with me quickly after injury, surgery, or having babies helps them progress more confidently than sticking solely with standard physical therapy exercises.

In 2018, I opened my own home-based studio, where I offer personalized private and semi-private sessions both in-person and online. My goal is to create a space where a body feels supported, capable, and connected, so you can move through life feeling strong, balanced, and well.
