  • Duet Classes

    You and another Pilates enthusiast will receive a session that is tailored to your needs and goals while utilizing multiple Pilates equipment in order to get a well-rounded experience during your workout. Offered online and in-person.

    You can choose the length of your session based on what works for you! We’ll use what props you have at home and get your body feeling better after your session. I offer private and duet options for online classes.
